My passion for cycling began nine years ago after I took my first class at Boston Sports Club in Franklin, Mass from Master Trainer, Cori Newcomb.
Upon moving back to Spirit Lake in 2013, I decided I wanted to teach, so I became Spinning® certified and began teaching at the YMCA. After developing a love for the Keiser brand bikes, I knew I wanted to also become Keiser certified and have never looked back.
While cycling is my passion, I also enjoy running, and outdoor biking, having completed multiple 1/2 marathons, a full marathon and finally a bucket list item - the Wisconsin 70.3 Ironman in June of 2018.
My biggest fans are my three beautiful girls:
Averi | Emersyn | Blake
and very patient husband, Brett.
When I'm not teaching classes, I can be found working as a full-time association management services director for NAIFA-Wisconsin and NAIFA-Maine

Ashley Richter

Ashley has always had a passion for being active - she uses what she learned from years of sports and being a collegiate volleyball player to push herself and others to go one step further to finding their edge.
You can expect a TRX class from Ashley to focus on physical and mental strength, believing that muscle engagement and proper alignment makes all the difference!
When not teaching classes, you can catch Ashley working her full-time job in the retail world at The Three Sons in Milford.
Most importantly, she is cheered on by her biggest fans - her husband, Brian and two adorable kiddos; Rowan and Sienna!
